About Elaine Simmons |
|
Elaine was trained as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant at The Protocol School of Washington®, the leader in etiquette and protocol services. Her training was administrated by the school's founder, Dorothea Johnson, who is one of the most widely quoted etiquette and protocol experts in the United States.
Elaine is a certified member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), appointed Treasurer for the Florida Chapter in 2006 where she will serve until 2009. Trained in Style, Image and Color by AWIS Beauty of Fort Lauderdale, Elaine is a self-reliant person who enjoys working with clients to raise their self-confidence and improve their personal impact through their appearance, giving advice on how to dress appropriately and conduct themselves in professional environments.
Being a native of the Bahamas, where tourism is the main industry, Elaine has also completed a number of protocol related seminars, including the People-to-People Encounter Program. The major objective of this program is to: “Foster better communication with, and exchange ideas, between people from foreign lands, with a view to improving individual understanding of the Bahamas and its culture, to advance the cause of international friendship and to engender a spirit of amiableness.” |
